This registration is ONLY open to Department of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong (inclusive of honorary staff, researchers etc.)

Due to the Hospital Authority requirement on application for acceptance of outside sponsorship when receiving complimentary registration for events such as Hong Kong Medical Forum, Clinical Doctors and Medical Nurses of Department of Medicine, Hong Kong West Cluster (i.e. QMH, TWH, GH, FYK), please contact your COS or DOM or Ward Manager for registration.

Registration is open from 11/01/2018 00:00(HKT) to 25/04/2018 23:59(HKT) on a first-come-first-served basis.

Lunch on Saturday & Sunday
Lunch box will be provided on-site to all registered participants on a first-come-first served basis. There is NO separate registration for lunch.

Please read the Rules and Regulations carefully:
1.Registration Type
There is no day registration or separate registration for overseas participants nor accompanying persons.
Attend all scientific sessions, lunch symposium, industry exhibition, coffee/tea breaks, name badge, program book and e-Certificate of Attendance for both days, i.e. Saturday and Sunday
3. Confirmation of Registration letter
Issued by e-mail to the address supplied. Kindly check all the listed items in the letter of confirmation. Any corrections, changes or alterations should be made in writing by email to the Forum Secretariat. Please present this letter at the registration desk to obtain your Forum pack.
4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing or by email to the Forum Secretariat one week prior to the deadline for registration.
