Registration is open from 21/07/2017 09:00(HKT) to 20/10/2017 23:59(HKT) and the event organizer will select the successful registrants after the deadline.

More registration instructions
1. Please proceed to abstract submission by clicking "Register" on this page and filling in the abstract submission form;

2. Abstract submission deadline: 20th October 2017 (HKT 23:59). Please complete the abstract submission form on or before the aforementioned deadline;

3. The abstract should be written in English and a title in Chinese should be provided whenever possible, in addition to an English title;

4. Please provide information of the Presenting author, First author, Correspondence author and other authors as required;

5. The abstract should contain no more than 500 words. Only textual contents will be accepted. No table and picture is allowed;

6. Please indicate if you wish the abstract to be selected for oral and/or poster presentation. Please note that abstracts that have been selected for oral and/or poster presentation may be included in the programme book;

7. No amendment will be allowed after the abstract has been submitted. Please make sure all information are checked carefully before submission;

8. We also welcome budding researchers to contribute as Young Investigators, please kindly specify on the abstract submission form if you would like to contribute as one:
a. you can submit abstract(s) as a Young Investigator if you are under the age of 35, and would like to write on one of the specified subject categories;
b. top candidates that contribute as Young Investigators could be awarded the Young Investigator Award(s): Best Oral Presentation, and/ or the Young Investigator Award(s): Best Poster Presentation, based on the content of their presentation and overall delivery;

9. Declaration
I declare that:
a. The above information is checked and correct without needs for further amendments;
b. Submission of the above information is legitimate and legal from the best of my knowledge and I will be fully responsible for any legal issues that may arise in regard to this submission, if there shall be any;
c. Consents have been obtained from all related parties for the submission of the abstract and provision of personal information above, including but not limited to all authors of the submitted abstract;
d. I authorize the symposium organizer(s), the secretariat and other related parties to use the above submitted information for the purposes in relation to this particular symposium.
