Event Details

You are cordially invited to attend the 198th Congregation for conferring the degree of Bachelor of Laws on the Class of 2017 and prize presentation that will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 11:00 am in Grand Hall, Lee Shau Kee Lecture Centre, Centennial Campus, The University of Hong Kong.

Owing to the capacity limitation in the Grand Hall as a result of the Faculty graduating its last batch of double cohort double degree students, the Faculty has reserved Lecture Hall II, which is opposite to the Grand Hall, to live broadcast the Ceremony this year.

Graduands, who have registered and confirmed their attendance at the Ceremony via this online registration, will receive a separate email at a later date inviting them to submit a booking request for the number of guest ticket(s) required for the Ceremony. The guest tickets for Grand Hall will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis according to the date and time of your booking request until the seats in Grand Hall are filled up. Late registrants of booking requests will receive guest ticket(s) for sitting in the Lecture Hall II where the Ceremony will be live broadcasted. Further details of the booking requests and collection of guest tickets will be provided in the email invitation. Graduands who do not register to attend the Ceremony by the published closing date and time, we will presume that you do not wish to attend and will be graduating In Absentia.
