During this trial session, you'll have the opportunity to meet our experienced instructor, learn about the program, and participate in a sample class. Our program is designed to help individuals of all levels and backgrounds to cultivate greater well-being, improve physical fitness, and enhance mental clarity and focus.
Mindfulness is a practice where we intentionally bring our attention to the present state without any judgement. A regular practice of mindfulness helps regulate stress and emotions, improve focus and mental clarity, enhance sleeping quality and overall well being, and so much more! In this class, participants will be guided through various mindfulness practices - gentle yoga movement, breathing, meditation, so as to practice and strengthen our ability to stay mindful of our state of being, our mind, our emotions in regular daily life.
To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to attend, we kindly request that each individual registers for only one of the two sessions.
