Are you looking to improve your running performance and overall health? Look no further than HKU Run. Our running training course is open to all but particularly suitable for beginner and intermediate level runners. It is becoming increasingly popular among the HKU community due to its effectiveness and enjoyable atmosphere. No matter you want to enhance your running knowledge or prepare for the next Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon, HKU Run can help you achieve your goals safely and effectively. Our experienced coaching team will conduct a series of six sessions focusing on long-distance race events such as the 10k and 21k Half-Marathon.
Participants will learn proper running drills, posture, technique, endurance building, race pacing strategies, and running conditioning exercises in this programme. These skills will be applied not only during the sessions but they can also be transferred to your regular running practices.

Class will run on 28 Feb; 6, 13, 20, 27 Mar & 10 Apr 2024 for 6 sessions.
